| Every year the Alberta triathlon Association assembles a team of young individuals that will represent the province of Alberta at the Western Canadian Kids of Steel Championships. Where is it? Kids of Steel Provincial Team Qualification Criteria Criteria: The Kids of Steel Provincial Team will represent Alberta at the Western Canadian Kids of Steel Championships, Kelowna, B.C. – August 22, 2009. Athletes will receive a Kids of Steel Provincial Team Uniform Top for the Kids of Steel Western Canadian Championships. All athletes interested in attending should fill out this form in the event that roll downs are necessary. • MUST be a member of the Alberta Triathlon Association BEFORE the start of the Provincial Kids of Steel Championship race. • Place in the top 3 at the Alberta Kids of Steel Provincial Championships. • Athletes and their parents have 30 minutes after awards granted to bring this form to the ATA representative. • If one of the top 3 are not interested in attending the Western Kids of Steel Championships the 4th place person will be asked to fill the spot. Roll down will continue until all positions have been filled. • Divisions: 7 & Under, 8-9 yrs, 10-11yrs, 12-13 yrs & 14-15 yrs • Age is determined as of December 31 in the year of competition.
